Z-line tent guy-line cord is composed of a white "Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene" (UHMWPE) core with a braided polyester sheath, comparable toĀ DyneemaĀ®.
UHMWPE fiber is extremely strong and lightweight and does not stretch. The Polyester sheath adds grip, stiffness, abrasion resistance, and color, perfect for tent guy-lines and backpack accessory cord.
Our neon Yellow color is extremely bright and can be seen day or night to prevent tripping. It is more visible than typical reflective cord, especially during the day. All sizes have a breaking strength over 200 lbs, overkill for tent and tarp guy-lines
